Ingredients
1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
2 ounces Mozzarella
3/4 cup milk
grated rind of 1 lemon
1/8 tablespoon sage
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 ounces Mozzarella
3/4 cup milk

Preparation
Melt the mozzeralla over medium low heat (add a little milk). Stir in flour till thoroughly mixed then add all other ingredients stirring constantly.
